Flossie Mae Lowe-Wynn  (1918 - 1991)

Flossie Mae Wynn is the Daughter of Frederick Douglass Lowe and Zippy Allen.
She was married to Julius C. Wynn, Sr. from 1944 until her death in 1991. She is the Mother of Julius Caesar, Jr., Lindsay Maurice and Virlyn Lorenzo Wynn. She has one Brother, Theodore Roosevelt Davis.
